Purpose of the privacy policy

Warszawy (12th Commercial Division for the Capital City of Warsaw) under number 0000598100, NIP 5213719887, REGON 363567197, values the trust you have shown us by providing us with your personal data. We promise to treat your Personal Data in accordance with these rules, the applicable regulations and your decisions. We use Personal Data to fulfil your orders, to send you the e-mail messages you have subscribed to or to contact you in another way, if you have given your consent to this. At the same time, we use your personal data in order to improve our products and to streamline the purchasing processes in our shop through any channel.

This Privacy Policy applies to the processing of Personal Data collected and processed online, as well as to Personal Data gathered through other channels (telephone, brick-and-mortar shops, prize competitions, unless stated otherwise).

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to present a clear picture of how we process the Personal Data you provide, of our commitment to protecting it, of your rights and of the options you have in order to control Personal Data and protect your privacy.

The controller of your personal data obtained in the manner described in this document (section How and Which Personal Data we collect) is PKB spółka z o.o. sp.k. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Terms used

"Personal Data" means all information which relates to the user and identifies them personally, on its own or in combination with other information available to us. The PKB Company will collect various Personal Data which you provide to us, including purchase history. The PKB Company will not collect any special categories of Personal Data (unless stated otherwise).

"Newsletters" are electronic messages which contain messages for information purposes, offers, events, promotions and any other information which the PKB Company wishes to share with you;

"Processors under an Agreement" are partners with whom the PKB Company has signed a written agreement and who process Personal Data only on behalf of the PKB Company and do not make it available to third parties.

"Website" refers to the pancerx.com site.

Personal data collected

Your Personal Data is collected through:

Subscribing to the newsletter - the user signs up to receive e-mail messages which include messages for information purposes, offers, events, promotions and any other information which the PKB Company wishes to share with you

An Order (online or by telephone) - when ordering products you must provide us with your Personal Data in order to fulfil the Order;

Registration - the PKB Company offers the option of registering on the site, thanks to which you do not have to fill in the delivery details every time you order a product. Registration is not required when making a purchase and you decide for yourself whether you want to register or not;

Prize competitions - various Personal Data is gathered as part of participation in Prize competitions, their rules are set out in separate Terms and Conditions. Please check the Terms and Conditions of the competition before deciding to take part;

Brick-and-mortar shops - you may also make Personal Data available to our team in brick-and-mortar shops. Of course, this is not required in order to make a purchase.

Depending on the Personal Data you wish to make available, as well as on the purpose or the manner of collecting Personal Data, the following may be gathered from you:

E-mail address;
First name;
Surname;
Address;
Postcode and city;
Telephone number (landline and / or mobile telephone);
Date of birth;
Gender.

On the basis of the use of the site (registration, order ...) the browser sends information about the user through our servers, including the IP address, the date and time of the visit and information about the time spent on our pages, the referral URL address (the website from which you come); the subpages visited on our pages; and information about the device or the browser (for example the browser type and its version, the operating system).

Processing of personal data

Fulfilment of the Order

If you have ordered Products from the PKB Company, we will use your Personal Data in order to send you the products ordered and in order to contact you about the status of your Order by e-mail, by telephone or in another way. This will take place for the purpose of performing the Sales Agreement. We will also send your Personal Data to the company carrying out the delivery and to the warehouse, so that your Order can be dispatched and delivered to your delivery address. We process Personal Data in this way on the basis of the Sales Agreement which we have concluded with you.

We may also use the data about your age in order to check whether you are old enough to conclude a valid Sales Agreement and whether we may process your Personal Data. We use personal data in this way on the basis of a legal obligation.

Personal data is protected in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Dz. U. UE. L. z 2016 r. Nr 119, str. 1), the ustawa z dnia 18 lipca 2002 r. o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną (Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means) (Dz. U. 2002, Nr 144, poz. 1204), and the ustawa z dnia 16 lipca 2004 r. Prawo telekomunikacyjne (Polish Act of 16 July 2004 - Telecommunications Law) (Dz.U. 2004 nr 171 poz. 1800)

Customer Service

If you contact us by e-mail, by telephone or by chat (on our websites or on social media), we will process your Personal Data, including information about the Order and purchase history, in order to resolve the problem and to provide the best service. We will process such Personal Data to the extent necessary to perform the agreement with the PKB Company or if this is required by law.

Personalised communication

If you have subscribed to our newsletters and have thereby expressed a wish to receive our e-mail messages and have agreed to our Privacy Policy, we will send you personalised communication by e-mail on the basis of your consent;

If you have given your consent (online, by telephone or in the shop) to personalised communication, we may communicate with you by telephone, by SMS, by e-mail or through printed materials, e.g. catalogues.

We may also send you catalogues on the basis of the legitimate interest of the company

In order to ensure a better experience in the purchasing process, we may send you offers of products specially tailored to your preferences. This type of personalisation is based on your earlier purchases and activities on our websites and is carried out on the basis of the legitimate interest of the company.

Analyses

The PKB Company will also use your Personal Data for analyses and research (such analyses and research will be conducted on an anonymised basis wherever possible), which is necessary for our legitimate interest, for understanding our customers and your preferences, identifying patterns and trends, increasing user satisfaction, providing information, content and offers tailored to your needs, general research and statistical purposes and aggregated reporting purposes, for developing new products and services, monitoring the results of existing products and services and improving our technology, in order to be able to send personalised marketing messages and display online advertisements. Processors under an agreement

We respect the trust you have placed in us by making your Personal Data available, and we will not make it available to anyone else for their own use or for their own purpose. However, we may make Personal Data available to our partners - entities with which we have signed agreements, e.g. regarding the delivery of the products you have ordered (our warehouse, a courier company), payments for orders (e.g. banks), carrying out personalised communication (printing houses, delivery), etc. With those companies we have concluded a written consent to process your Personal Data only for the purposes specified above

Social Media

The websites of the PKB Company may make available plugins from various social media services. If you decide to interact (by registering an account on social media), your activity on our website or through our applications may also be available to that social network, on the basis of the privacy rules which you agreed to when registering on that network. If you do not want to make this information available, log out of such social media.

State institutions

In the case of any requests from law enforcement authorities or as part of the enforcement of the law, and in the case of certain legal proceedings, investigations, etc., the PKB Company may make personal data available to such authorities.

With your consent

In addition to the above, the PKB Company may make your Personal Data available only with your prior consent. This is not standard practice, however it may happen in the future.

Protection of personal data

The PKB Company works effectively on implementing appropriate technical and organisational security measures, on the basis of the risk assessment carried out, in order to protect against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage.

Furthermore, we will not make your Personal Data available to third countries (countries outside the EU), unless appropriate guarantees are provided in accordance with the applicable regulations.

User rights

You may request to exercise the rights below at any time without any costs.

Withdrawal of consent

If you want to limit communication with the PKB Company to certain communication channels or even to exclude all of them, you can do so at any time by sending us an e-mail or by calling us.

In addition, you can cancel your subscription to our e-mail communication by clicking the unsubscribe link located in the header or in the footer of every promotional e-mail (newsletter) from the PKB Company.

We will make every effort to withdraw your consent as quickly as possible. Due to the specific nature of the business process and technical limitations, it is possible that within 15 days from the date of withdrawal of consent you will still receive e-mails with marketing offers and other content from the PKB Company. (in the event that the e-mail message has already been sent or is in the sending phase). We apologise in advance and ask for your understanding.

If you have a registered account, you can check some of your Personal Data after logging in. However, in order to obtain access to all personal data, please contact us by sending an e-mail message to the address info@pancerx.com and we will send you a copy of all your Personal Data which we process. Such Personal Data will be provided in electronic form, which on request may be passed on to a third party.

At any time you may also request the correction of your Personal Data or the deletion of personal data by sending an e-mail message to the address info@pancerx.com

Storage of personal data

We will store your Personal Data for as long as this is legally required or for as long as your consent is valid. However, you may at any time request access to your Personal Data or the deletion of Personal Data (unless we have a legal obligation to continue processing such Personal Data).

Changes to the privacy policy

The PKB Company wants to comply with globally recognised rules and regulations concerning Personal Data. To this end, and also on the basis of your opinion, we will update this Privacy Policy in order to ensure that it is free from errors and contains the appropriate information about your rights and about the activities connected with the processing of Personal Data, and that it complies with the applicable regulations and best practices.

We may change it from time to time in order to adapt it to new legal and marketing possibilities. If we make significant changes, we will inform you about this through notices on our websites or by sending the updated policy to your e-mail address. The updated Privacy Policy will always be published on this page.
