Full technical data for the PANCERX ARMOR 2K protective coating (BLACK and COLOR). These are guide values. Check the product label before you start.
Mixing ratios
- ARMOR BLACK: base : activator = 3:1 by volume (3 parts base to 1 part activator). Pour the whole activator into the base and mix thoroughly.
- ARMOR COLOR: first add 10-15% pigment (max. 15%, calculated on the base), then activator at a 3:1 ratio. Mix thoroughly.

Texture and application
You set the thickness and texture of the coating with the nozzle, the pressure and how much you thin the mix:

Surfaces
Steel (over an epoxy or acrylic primer, or over an existing 2K coating), polyester fillers, plastics (with an adhesion promoter), polyester laminates. Do not apply to exhaust systems or engines, or over single-component (1K) products.
