Right of withdrawal from the Agreement

1. The Consumer may withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
2. The period specified in section 1 begins on delivery of the Product to the Consumer or to a person indicated by the Consumer other than the carrier.
3. In the case of an Agreement covering several Products which are delivered separately, in batches or in parts, the period indicated in section 1 runs from the delivery of the last item, batch or part.
4. In the case of an Agreement consisting in the regular delivery of Products for a definite period of time (subscription), the period indicated in section 1 runs from taking possession of the first of the items.
5. The Consumer may withdraw from the Agreement by submitting to the Seller a statement of withdrawal from the Agreement. In order to meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient for the Consumer to send the statement before that period expires.
6. The statement may be sent by traditional post or electronically, by sending the statement to the Seller's e-mail address or by submitting the statement on the Seller's website - the Seller's contact details are specified in § 3. The statement may also be submitted on a form, the template of which constitutes Appendix No. 1 to these Terms and Conditions and an appendix to the ustawa z dnia 30 maja 2014 roku o prawach konsumenta (Polish Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights), however this is not obligatory.
7. Where the statement is sent by the Consumer electronically, the Seller shall promptly send the Consumer, to the e-mail address provided by the Consumer, confirmation of receipt of the statement of withdrawal from the Agreement.
8. Effects of withdrawal from the Agreement: a. In the event of withdrawal from an Agreement concluded at a distance, the Agreement is deemed not to have been concluded. b. In the event of withdrawal from the Agreement, the Seller shall return to the Consumer promptly, and no later than within 14 days from the day of receipt of the Consumer's statement of withdrawal from the Agreement, all payments made by the Consumer, including the costs of delivery of the item, with the exception of additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by the Consumer other than the cheapest ordinary method of delivery offered by the Seller. c. The Seller shall make the refund using the same payment methods as were used by the Consumer in the original transaction, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to another solution which will not involve any costs for the Consumer. d. The Seller may withhold the refund until the Product has been received back or until proof of its return has been provided to the Seller, whichever event occurs first. e. The Consumer should send the Product back to the Seller's address given in these Terms and Conditions promptly, and no later than 14 days from the day on which the Consumer informed the Seller of the withdrawal from the Agreement. The deadline is met if the Consumer sends the Product back before the period of 14 days expires. f. The Consumer bears the direct costs of returning the Product, including the costs of returning the Product where, due to its nature, the Product could not be sent back by post in the ordinary manner. g. The Consumer is liable only for any diminished value of the Product resulting from handling it in a manner other than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product.
9. Where, due to the nature of the Product, it cannot be sent back by post in the ordinary manner, information about this, as well as about the costs of returning the Product, will be provided in the Product description in the Shop.
10. The right to withdraw from an agreement concluded at a distance is not available to the Consumer in relation to an Agreement: a. in which the subject of the performance is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured to the Consumer's specification or serving to satisfy the Consumer's individualised needs, b. in which the subject of the performance is an item delivered in a sealed package which, once the package has been opened, cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or for hygiene reasons, if the package was opened after delivery, This applies in particular to PANCERX chemical products (e.g. the ARMOR coatings and the PITSTOP sealant) - once the packaging has been opened, the seal has been broken or the components have been mixed (base + activator), the product cannot be returned. c. in which the subject of the performance is an item which is liable to deteriorate rapidly or has a short shelf life, d. for the provision of services, if the Seller has fully performed the service with the express consent of the Consumer, who was informed before the performance began that once the Seller has performed the service the Consumer will lose the right to withdraw from the Agreement, e. in which the price or remuneration depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the Seller has no control and which may occur before the expiry of the period for withdrawal from the Agreement, f. in which the subject of the performance are items which, after delivery, due to their nature, become inseparably combined with other items, g. in which the subject of the performance are alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon conclusion of the sales agreement, the delivery of which may take place only after 30 days and the value of which depends on fluctuations in the market over which the Seller has no control, h. in which the subject of the performance are sound or visual recordings or computer programs delivered in a sealed package, if the package was opened after delivery, i. for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of a subscription agreement, j. for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance began with the express consent of the Consumer before the expiry of the period for withdrawal from the agreement and after the Consumer was informed by the Seller of the loss of the right to withdraw from the Agreement.

How to make a return

To withdraw from the agreement: send a statement of withdrawal to the Seller's e-mail address or by post, and then send the Product back to the Seller's address within 14 days. We will refund all payments promptly, and no later than within 14 days of receiving the statement, using the same payment method that you used when making your purchase.
