PANCERX PITSTOP - professional tyre sealant

Puncture? You keep driving. PANCERX PITSTOP is a sealant for tubeless tyres on vehicles that run faster than 80 km/h. From vans and 4x4s, through buses, to truck and trailer combinations.

What does PITSTOP do?

• Seals punctures up to 12 mm in the tread on the spot, without pulling over
• Keeps tyre pressure constant: you burn less fuel, get through fewer tyres, and the rubber lasts up to 25% longer
• Works for the whole life of the tyre, including after further punctures
• Fewer breakdowns on the road, so lower service costs and shorter fleet downtime
• Fitters like it: it does not stick, does not dry out, and washes off 100% with water
• Safe for the rim: no aggressive chemistry, no reaction with the butyl liner of the tyre
• Holds its properties from -40°C to +92°C

Application

• Through the valve, with a reusable pump (one stroke = 0.25 l), without taking the wheel off
• Or straight into the tyre on the tyre changer
• Once it is in, inflate to working pressure and spin the wheel a few times

Notes: PITSTOP does not replace a tyre repair, but it lets you carry on driving for a long time without having to limit your speed. Do not use on tyres with a profile of 45 or lower, or on run-flats. Fleet volumes 10/20/600 l, ask for a quote.
