Armour-grade coating that actually does the job. PANCERX ARMOR BLACK is a two-component (2K) polyurethane protective and decorative coating. Hard, textured, deep black. You put it where ordinary paint would have given up long ago: chassis, sills, pickup bed, machine, boat, gate. And it stays there for years.
What you get in the kit
-
ARMOR BLACK base 600 ml: ready to go, deep black. No tinting needed.
-
ACTIVATOR 200 ml: hardener. Pour it into the base and you are ready to work.
One pack, no messing about. Everything you need to get started.
How to use it - 4 simple steps
1
OPENOpen the paint tin (600 ml of paint, 1000 ml tin).
2
ADDAdd all the activator (200 ml) to the paint tin.
3
MIXClose the tin and mix the components thoroughly. Stir or shake for about 10-15 seconds.
First clean, degrease and scuff the surface. Full resistance after 5-7 days. Video instructions: scan the QR code on the tin label.
Why ARMOR holds up where others give in
-
Armour-grade mechanical resistance: scratches, stone chips, abrasion. The textured coating takes the hits that would normally destroy paint.
-
Resistant to the elements: petrol, oils, water, road salt, frost and UV. It does not crack, peel or fade.
-
2K = pro durability: a chemically cross-linked polyurethane coating, harder and tougher than off-the-shelf 1K "bedliner in a can" sprays.
-
Deadens and dampens: sound-absorbing properties cut down panel resonance.
-
No asphalt, no bitumen: you can top-coat it with acrylic paints.
-
Texture under control: coarse, medium or fine, depending on the nozzle, the pressure and how much you thin it.
Where ARMOR works
-
Automotive: underbody, wheel arches, sills, pickup beds, boot interiors, off-road and overlanding.
-
Agriculture and machinery: hitches, ploughs, trailers, the parts that take the most abrasion.
-
Marine & outdoor: boats, boat trailers, gear exposed to water and salt.
-
Home and workshop: stairs, gates, tool chests, anti-slip surfaces.
-
Industry and construction: steel structures, industrial floors.
